FloorPlanivo Privacy Policy
FloorPlanivo (“we”, “the app”) helps you capture and edit floor plans on your Apple device. This policy explains what data is involved and how it is handled.
Data we process on your device
Scanning uses the camera, LiDAR, and motion sensors to build floor plans. Scan results, edits, and exports stay on your device unless you choose to share or export a file through the system share sheet.
What we do not collect
FloorPlanivo does not require an account. We do not operate a FloorPlanivo backend that receives your scans, photos, floor plans, or location. Optional on-device Core ML classification runs locally.
Permissions
- Camera / LiDAR — required to run RoomPlan / ARKit capture.
- Motion — used to distinguish floor vs ceiling frames during a walkthrough.
Exports and sharing
When you export PNG, SVG, PDF, USDZ, or OBJ, or share a file, the destination is under your control (Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, etc.). Those services have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and tracking
The app does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Children
FloorPlanivo is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The effective date above will be revised accordingly.
